The Dingle Peninsula, on Ireland’s southwest Atlantic coast, is ringed by sandy beaches and craggy cliffs. Inland are rolling hills and mountains, including Mount Brandon, and the artistic and eclectic hub of Dingle town. We will experience the very best and most picturesque of this little but enchanting place, including the famous island of Skellig Michael, once home to monks who constructed a monastery at the very top - the inspiration for and filming location for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Stay at an authentic Irish Inn & Pub (and sheep farm), where the locals spend their late night evenings sharing a pint, singing and living life the way it should be.

Physical Difficulty

This tour is laid back. Level walking on pavement, grass and dirt roads. There are heights involved walking by the Cliffs of Moher. However, it is important to note that there are 618 steps to the monastery on Skellig Michael, constructed by the monks who made their home on the island between the 6th and 12th centuries - we promise this is worth it though and will take our time!
