Within 24 hours of your registration, we will invoice you via Stripe for a deposit or full payment, to be paid via your bank (thank you for your cooperation- if you would like to pay by check you may do that as well). Once paid, your spot is confirmed. Please note tours are first come first serve, and are very limited on group size.
Tour fees may be paid in full on a non-refundable basis or with a 20% deposit. Discounts are also available if you would like to share your room with another attendee (please email us after registering). Final billing is due 90 days before the start of the tour, after which all funds are nonrefundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If for any reason BlueHour is unable to continue with the operation of any tour, all funds will be returned to you.
