Waves & The Sunset
at E. Matunuck Beach

September 12
South Kingstown, RI
$125/person

Manipulate the motion of water, learn ICM and make stunning images from the golden hour through the blue hour at one of nature’s most peaceful places - the beach!

We will enjoy photographing in the naturally serene environment of the beach. We will start by photographing the sun and its reflections on the shoreline. Along the way we will experiment with Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) and long exposures to blur the waves and water motion resulting in some unique ethereal and abstract photographs. As the warm tones of the golden hour, give way to the deep saturated tones of the blue hour, we will continue to capture the rolling waves on the shoreline with the beach pavilion silhouetted in the background.

Sunset over the ocean with a clear sky, waves gently reaching the shore, and houses along the beach.
