Schoonerfest & Cape Ann

August 31
Gloucester, MA
$350/person

Photograph the majestic schooners of New England and the beauty of Cape Ann over a late summer afternoon. From the harbor to a chase boat designed for photographers, you will get all of the views of these amazing vessels.

We will start out by photographing the ships as they parade out of Gloucester Harbor and then board a 2-1/2 hour ride on the best chase boat in town. From there we will photograph the vessels as they race past the end of the channel. We will return to port in time to catch them coming back in and then after a late lunch/early dinner, we will head out to shoot some of the best sites on the Cape Ann peninsula. Depending on the forecast, this could include the dahlia gardens, Rocky Neck art district, Eastern Point Lighthouse or Rockport Harbor.
