  • Group learning & guided shooting. Workshops provide an intimate, in-depth group learning experience out on location, with workshops consisting of 6-12 students. Workshops are appropriate for every skill level, unless you are truly a beginner (we recommend you start with one of our Beginner Bootcamps).

  • Workshops last a few hours up to a few days. Each workshop will specify the time frame for which they occur.

  • Between 6-12 students on any given workshop.

  • Workshops range in price from $105 (a few hours)-$1600 (4-5 days). Some workshops include things like attraction admissions, a meal, etc. but do not include any overnight accommodations or transportation. Those need to be arranged on your own.

  • Because experience is the best teacher. Our tours are the "full package," where we combine the learning experience with accommodations, transport, and more. Tours are a more well-rounded experience that includes exploration of natural and cultural history as opposed to just photography alone. This is the best option for those looking for an adventure and who want to make like-minded photographer friends along the way.

We visit locations for longer periods of time - we'll spend more time at 2-3 sites per day, rather than rushing through 4-8. This allows us the time to work our camera magic. We may wake up very early for sunrise, or stay out past sunset on others. We could even be up all night photographing northern lights. Our emphasis is on bringing you to the most picturesque locations under the best conditions.

Our tour leaders have experience in each location and are prepared to be flexible according to weather and other circumstances.

  • Tours can range from 3 days at the minimum to 8 days at the maximum, depending on the destination.

  • We take no more than 7-8 students at the maximum. Most tours are hosted by two tour leaders, making for an unbeatable instructor-to-student ratio. You can find this specific information on each respective tour page.

  • Pricing for tours varies totally on the destination and duration. Shorter, ‘local’ trips can be as low as $1,700, where week-long tours to Iceland and similar can be $5-6,000 per person. Keep in mind, we handle everything - your hotel accommodations, admissions, ground transportation, and advise on flight options. Each trip is unique.

  • A unique offering for those visiting Cape Cod, our Jeep Tours are designed to ‘get you there’ without breaking a sweat. Available on a seasonal and limited basis, these private excursions focus on exploring the picturesque Provincetown dunes. Book Online!

  • Duration depends on the type of trip you book. Our most basic trip is 3 hours long, and our longest trip can last into the next day.

  • Up to 3 people only (or 4 if you don’t mind squeezing). This experience is private - it is only for you and those you invite to come along.

  • Each trip is billed according to the trip you select. The jeep can hold you, and up to three others; whether you come alone or with friends to split the cost is up to you. The most basic of our trips is a flat $485.
